The mentioned beaches are connected by a promenade that stretches along the sea promenade all the way to the end of the Barbat settlement, which also makes it perfect for cycling, running or a pleasant evening walk.

The influence of the West and Italians throughout history is not only visible in the cultural riches, but can also be read from the very name of the beautiful bay in the immediate vicinity of the old city center which bears the name of Padova, and the nearby beaches “Padova I”, “Padova II” and “Padova III” will delight you.
Thus, our accommodation units are positioned in a perfect location and are part of a more than two kilometer long sea promenade that is “guarded” by the old town core, and if you decide to leave the area of the Padova bay, you can visit the center of Rab for just ten minutes of pleasant evening walk. Also, in the same area, there are numerous taxi boat services that will provide you with a real summer experience and take you to the town of Rab by sea.
If you take a walk along this beautiful promenade with a view of the old town of Rab, at its very beginning you will come across the newly renovated sandy beach Padova I. After its renovation in 2022, this beach is renowned as the most modern and best-equipped beach on the island of Rab, and it has the capacity for even 700 bathers. About a hundred meters from it, there is another sandy beauty, Padova II beach. with its nearby uninhabited islet Sveti Juraj, better known as “Školjić” among the local population, which is enriched with holm oak forest. The last in a series of “sister” beaches, Padova III, is a combination of pebbles and sandy seabed as much as 250 meters long. All these beaches, in addition to a rich gastronomic offer, also offer numerous sports and recreational activities for you and the youngest members of your family, so you can visit water parks, rent boats such as vultures, pedal boats and sand boats, as well as motor boats.

Are you planning to take your favorite pet on vacation? Don’t worry, there are numerous beaches on Rab that have a separate section reserved for dogs, where your pets can bathe. However, the first and so far the only themed beach for dogs on the island of Rab is located on “Artić” and is especially intended for dog owners and their pets. Rab thus became only the second tourist destination, after Crikvenica, that owns Monty’s Beach.

After the swimming competition, the four-legged pets will be greeted by one more – who will eat the dog ice cream and drink the beer intended for dogs the fastest !
